I just want to express our deepest appreciation for the excellent work of your employee, “Phillip”. My wife was visiting New Orleans and broke her hip. I arranged with Alert Transportation co to pick me up and then we picked her up at the hospital in a wheel chair. We then went to the Marriot and got the rest of our family members and was able to leave comfortably from the city for our home. Phillip was very professional, kind and efficient. i am grateful that we had your company for our chauffeured service.

My husband and I would like to thank your company for the outstanding service that we received at our wedding, We couldn’t have been happier. It was such a treat to have everything arranged with built in traffic allowances so there was no worry involved. We all arrived on time, and the drivers were very courteous despite sitting in nasty traffic to get to us. Thanks for being such an integral part of our big day! I would also like to thank your sedan driver for her patience while I slowly limped to the car to leave for the hotel. My feet were toast. I would recommend that any brides that plan to leave the Arbor Room via limo account for the time it take to make your way out of a reception mob and walk the crazy distance to the gates. The Arbor Room attendants were very inefficient at ushering us and our bridal party out the door after the reception, but your drivers handled the quite well. They came to find us so that we knew where to go, which we needed. Thanks Again!

We’re very pleased with the vehicles and service you provided for our wedding on November 16th, 2012. The limo looked clean inside and out. I liked the lighting and the decor. It looked new and luxurious instead of old an worn out. You were on time, your driver was courteous and you didn’t run out of gas (unlike other horror stories that I have heard about with other companies. I am glad that Alert added to our evening instead of providing a negative memory!
