COMPANY POLICY
The client is responsible for any missing amenity items that are present in the vehicle that has been removed, broken or taken as a result of the clients actions. The client is also responsible for any damage to the chartered vehicle that is a result of the “Clients Misuse or Abuse”.
If the client wants to consume alcoholic beverages on a chartered vehicle, a “Damage Deposit” in the amount of $150.00 will be required. If any substance other than water is spilled and requires cleaning, then the deposit will be lost. If a client does not agree to and sign a “Damage Waiver”, the driver will not allow any person to carry onto the vehicle any beverage except bottled water. There will be no exceptions.
The Below vehicle rates are subject to change based upon distance traveled from our office, client requests and SPECIAL EVENTS. During Prom season, Alert Transportation has the right to require a 5 hour minimum for any Prom Charter. We also have very specific dates that we will only charter our vehicles based on a 12 hour charter. During Special Events, we may not provide any transfers from Point A to Point B. If you call our office, give us the date of your event and we will advise if it falls under a “Special Event Time Period”.
Concerts, Mardi Gras Balls & Professional sporting events service is provided based upon (1) a transfer to the event and (2) two hours returning from the event. To provide the return service, the driver will arrive about 1 Hour from your estimated time and you must be dropped off within the 1 hour remaining on the charter.

All charters include up to 100 miles of travel.
Excessive mileage is billed at a rate of $ .30 a mile for the fuel surcharge. All charters require a minimum of three (3) continuous hours.
Charters must be pre-paid for the estimated charter time and any overage will be billed in 30 minute increments. Billing for multiple minibus Charters are based on number of vehicles multiplied by the hourly charge.
Wedding Charters get a $50.00 discount for multiple vehicles used.
Company is responsible for up to $500.00 value of any bag or luggage damaged or lost. For questions or special requests, contact us.
MULTI-DAY RATES
Multiday trips cannot have more than 12 hours of driving in 24 hours period. Driver must get a 30 minute break every 4 hours. Overnight trips require a room for the driver to be provided by the client.
Multiday trips begin at 12:00/Midnight and end 24 hours later at 11:59
