In New Orleans the party really never ends. We just made it through the Holidays and New Year’s Eve, but in January Carnival is slowly starting to kick into high gear. And that’s not all in January. Pardi Gras
Pardi Gras 2020 kicks off on Thursday, January 16. This will be the 23rd rendition of the ultimate Trop-Rock party. Concerts and other events will take place on Bourbon Street and around the Bourbon Orleans Hotel. Expect to see your favorite local, regional and national Trop-Rock (Tropical Rock) bands and musicians. The party features plenty of live music, as well as other fun activities. Participating bars and restaurants in the area will have amazing happy hour offers and food sampling parties. There will even be a porker run, a pub crawl and a live auction. Passes for the event that runs through Sunday, January 19th are only $95.

Studio 45 Fundraiser
This is a fun January Fundraiser! The Studio 45 Fundraiser on January 17 benefits Kidd’s Kids which is a 501(c)3 who provides children with life-altering or life-threatening illness and their families with a once in a lifetime experience filled with hope, happiness and great memories. The Vintage Rock Club is partnering with Ashley Sievert Gives Back to host this Studio 54 Fundraiser that will celebrate the debauchery of disco with food, drinks, dancing and of course your favorite 70s hits.

Bal Masqué 2020
On January 18, 2020 at 7:30 pm the famous Bal Masqué 2020 will open its doors to a wonderland filled with great food, wine & cocktails and entertainment at the Sugar Mill. The purpose of the charity event is to raise money for the Link Stryjewski Foundation. “Chefs Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski created the Link Stryjewski Foundation to address the cycles of poverty and violence in New Orleans by investing in high quality education, enrichment, mentoring and job training opportunities for the City’s youth.” The Foundation provides financial support and partners with non-profit organizations that directly work to nourish and educate the youth of New Orleans.
