Party for the Planet: World Oceans Day

SummertimeThe ocean needs our help.  That’s why we’re hosting a day for you to learn more about how to protect our oceans for future generations in celebration of World Oceans Day. It’s a great opportunity to connect with nature, our communities and one another. Even better, it can be a whole lot of fun. Bring your whole family to marvel at marine life and learn how humans impact our oceans, while also enjoying interactive activities with the Audubon Educators.  The party starts on June 8 from 11 AM to 3 PM at Audubon Aquarium of the Americas. Don’t forget to get your fish badge from the Entergy table and meet the new New Orleans Sirens who will help you along your Ocean Quest, Complete the Quest and earn prizes!  Even the smallest positive change we can implement from one day of celebration could have a ripple effect that impacts the world for good. Together, we can help save our oceans and have fun doing it. We’ll see you there on June 8.
